Factory Certified Dealers
All dealers of CR CNC routers are required to go through a rigorous training regimen in order to ensure that they can provide the level of customer assistance a CR CNC customer deserves and demands. Authorized CR CNC distributors are required to have an applications level factory trained technician on staff; and at least one service level factory trained technician on staff. They will be the first, and the local, avenue for immediate help and support. They are capable of installation, training, and support; and are trained how to properly maintain, repair, and service the machine in the field.
Dealer's Responsibilities
All dealers are available to assist with:
- Product demonstrations and sales local to the customer
- Installation and Training at the customer's facility
- Main contact for service and support
- Helping with any warranty issues
- Providing accessories and upgrade options for your CR CNC
